Demo JDR monitor - Introduction

Welcome to this demo of the Job Demands and Resources (JD-R)monitor. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about job perception that has been developed by prof. dr. Arnold Bakker and prof. dr. Wilmar Schaufeli, in cooperation with Schouten & Nelissen Insight.

The monitor helps you (and your organisation) to gain more insight into the factors related to performance and wellness.

Insight into health, wellness, motivation and job satisfaction
